• After being assigned your account, an associate will work the collections process in a professional and ethical manner based on protocol designed with your input, our expertise and guidelines set by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

• Depending upon your particular collections market, your protocol may include:

FDCPA compliant letters; direct phone communications with your client; pre-collect services in which our associates may work the account before it is charged off to bad debt; electronic debtor locating for clients who can’t be found at the address or phone number provided; or referral to legal counsel.

 The CR Software Atlas ASP, is the technological backbone of 1^st American Credit Solutions. This innovative program was developed by collections personnel for collections agencies. It is the technological equalizer of debt recovery companies, offering the same professional back-up service to any size agency, 24/7. With this unique program, we can process your point of service payments, issue your reports via e-mail, receive daily call back lists and handle broken promise lists.

Technology is important, but the foundation of our business is our professional and motivated staff. We support these highly trained individuals with incentive programs and our peer review process. This system helps us to maintain high employee morale and low turn over.

There is no fee to you until we collect on your accounts. You don’t sign a contract or commit to any pre-paid costs. We work on a contingency rate based on monthly revenues recovered by our services. Monthly remittances are on a gross or net basis. First time placements are offered a discounted rate of 25%.
